Free shipping is available on orders over £120.
We offer standard shipping of 3-5 working days for our delivery at £7.99
For bat repairs you must choose the ‘Bat Repairs Returned’ shipping option which includes insurance to ensure you receive your bat back safely after repairs when you choose one of our bat repair service online.
Customers will need to pay for the postage of their bat when they send for any repair to our workshop at Century Cricket, 58 Cannon Lane, Pinner HA5 1HW.
Returns
We would like you to be happy with the products purchased online.
If you wish to return or exchange any product(s) you have purchased through our website for any reason then you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Product(s) returned must be in a saleable condition, without any use or damage and in its the original packaging. Once we have inspected the goods and are satisfied, refunds will be made within 10 working days.

The customer will need to provide proof of purchase (original invoice) with the returned product(s).
Return postage of product(s) will need to be paid for by the customer (customers are advised to use a trackable delivery service as Century Cricket Hub Ltd cannot take responsibility for product(s) lost in transit).
All items are quality checked before shipping. However if for any reason any product(s) which are faulty, need to be returned to us for inspection and will need the approval of the brand if the manufacturer’s warranty is in place before a replacement is sent out.
Non-refundable/non-exchangeable product(s) include: underwear protective equipment (such as abdominal guards) and undergarments (such as trunks) or any other used items.
