In store Purchase – Exchange and Refunds

Please check all goods before purchasing. There will be no refunds or exchange for unwanted goods or change of mind, incorrectly purchased goods, any bat purchased or bats purchased for preparation and knocking. We will only offer a refund if the goods have a manufacture fault. Please retain this receipt for proof of purchase.

Online Purchase – Exchange and Refunds

If you wish to return a bat or any other item for any reason other than that they are damaged or faulty, then you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Please retain this receipt for proof of purchase.

Customer to pay return postage cost. Any damage or lost goods in transit is non refundable,

Please note: Custom-made cricket bats and any bat which you have ordered for knocking are excluded for a refund or exchange.

Century Cricket Hub Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
